Useful information often comes too late

Too often, people only hear about important testing options once they are already pregnant. By then, timelines can feel tighter and there may be less time to understand the information, talk it through, and think about what it means for you and your family.

We want to make relevant testing easier to discover and access earlier, so people have more time, more context, and more room to plan.

More than just a test

Getting a result is only part of the process. What matters is understanding what the result means, how relevant it is, and what it means for your plans.

That is why Elucia combines testing with clinical support. A doctor reviews and orders your test, your sample is processed by an accredited clinical laboratory, and support is available if you need help understanding your results.

We want the experience to feel clear and supported from the moment you start, not like receiving a technical report and being left to work it out yourself.

Clarity, without the fear

Family planning can already come with enough uncertainty. Testing should help reduce confusion, not create more of it.

We will be clear about what a test can tell you, what it cannot, and where there are limitations. We will not make a small risk sound bigger than it is, or suggest that a screening result can provide absolute certainty.

Our role is to give you useful information in plain language, so you can understand your results and plan with confidence.

Your privacy as our core value

Your health and genetic information is deeply personal, and it should be treated that way.

We store your information securely and only use or share it where needed to provide your care, with your consent, or where required by law. Where applicable, you can also request that your sample is destroyed after testing.

We also explain how your information is handled in language that is actually easy to understand, without hiding important details in fine print.

A clearer place to start.
